Dr. Carl L. Larson graduated with honors from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2010. During his first 10 years of practice, he gained experience in a wide variety of settings, including pediatrics, cosmetic dentistry, and dental prosthetics. He has received additional training in conscious sedation, oral surgery, and implant dentistry. After practicing for four years in Texas, he returned to his home state of Idaho to begin his own practice, and opened AdaCare Dental & Dentures, in Meridian. In his spare time, he enjoys sculpting and pottery, being in the outdoors, and traveling.
Tamara is a registered dental hygienist and provides excellent hygiene care to our patients. She is also very good at educating patients on the proper way to maintain their oral health and prevent periodontal disease. Tamara spends a lot of her spare time traveling to basketball tournaments with her two sons, who are excellent athletes that she is very proud of.
As a dental assistant, Amanda enjoys providing compassionate patient care, as well as keeping the treatment side of our practice running. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, camping, outdoorsy stuff, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and stepson.
Melinda is our second dental assistant. She enjoys caring for patients and making their dental experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She also enjoys camping, reading, taking Charlie to the dog park, and spending time with her wife, Brittney.

Steve is a second generation dental lab technician with over 25 years of experience fabricating dentures and dental prosthetics. Steve is also a business entrepreneur, who is excellent at working face-to-face with patients to ensure they are satisfied with both the fit and appearance of their dentures and partials. Unlike many dental lab technicians, Steve is a ‘one man band’, who can do every step of the denture fabrication process.
Mandy has over 10 years of experience managing the front office of busy medical and dental clinics. She is an expert in explaining treatment options and insurance benefits to patients, and generally keeps all the gears turning at our practice. She is a business entrepreneur, and has received training as a massage therapist and nurse’s assistant. She and her husband enjoy spending free time in the outdoors, camping, fishing, or visiting new and exciting places.
Lexi has worked in the medical field for 4 years in a variety of healthcare settings. She is also attending BSU for a BA in health science. When she is not busy helping patients coordinate treatment, she enjoys exploring new places and boating.
